Virutualbox + Win10 无网络连接(黄色感叹号)-实际能上网

因为某个APP只能用WIN10，没办法装了个网上下的D版，提示未激活。安装使用都没有问题，包括上网，装卸APP，但是突然发现右下角的网络图标下有个黄色的感叹号，去属性里去看显示无网络连接。求娘询哥了好长时间了，就是无法解决这个问题。症状归总如下：

先交代软硬环境：家里移动光纤宽带拖无线路由器，单位电信光纤宽带拖无线路由器，Ubuntu14.04LTS+Virtualbox5.0.12下Win10(H版P版都试过还试过WIN8症状都一样）
1、家里另一台笔记本原声Win10，没有任何问题
2、办公室环境下，从来没有问题
3、曾经有一段时间（大概跨度24小时内），也没有问题。但是后来一直想重现场景都从未成功。现在一直是：右下角网络图标显示黄色感叹号，上网正常，包括浏览器，PING，应用市场。。。就是网络属性说“no internet access"。其实本来无所谓，反正可以正常上网。但是，就是因为那个APP才装的WIN10，偏偏这个APP真的报错“网络连接错误“！
4、已经把IPV6协议删除了。
5、网上那些 ipconfig命令都试验过了。

手机热点提供WIFI上网，电信/移动4G都不行（原生的Win10当然没问题）。而在那段特殊的时间，曾经也都是可以的。

win显示叹号但能正常上网，我遇过，情况是这样的
用了改IE代理用PAC的某灯，如果某灯未启动，其实是可以正常上网（国内）的，但网络连接会显示有叹号。
把代理去掉就OK了。

你是在Win10客户机里吗？代理是宿主ubuntu里用的吗？

移动的网络问题吧， 那个网络属性说“no internet access"好像是到某个微软的网站上试验的，可能移动网络到那里的速度不好

Virtualbox的虚拟网卡模式是桥接吗？

There are a few variations of the connection checking process:

NCSI performs a DNS lookup on www.msftncsi.com, then requests http://www.msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt. This file is a plain-text file and contains only the text Microsoft NCSI.
NCSI sends a DNS lookup request for dns.msftncsi.com. This DNS address should resolve to 131.107.255.255. If the address does not match, then it is assumed that the internet connection is not functioning correctly.
