启动是启动了，可是就是不出现图形界面，只能在VirtualBox的软件上看到2003正在运行，可是2003运行的界面没有弹出来。

可以利用VBoxManage自带的命令设置
VBoxManage modifyvm VCentOS2 --autostart-enabled on
VBoxManage modifyvm VCentOS2 --autostart-delay 10

谁把十年前的坟给挖了！
VBoxManage startvm Win2003 -type vrdp 后面不要加参数 -type vrdp，加这个参数就不会在主机上显示图形界面，只能通过远程桌面来访问。
