如何远程登录local web界面？

某一应用，syncthing，说明文档提示要用web浏览器登录127.0.0.1:8384进行设置
然而本机是Ubuntu server，没有GUI界面
能不能通过其他软件或者什么办法进行端口转换，到192.168.0.88:8384，能够让我在局域网内的另一台电脑进行浏览器设置？
