ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost'

我用ROOT登陆Mysql之后，利用GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO cd@localhost IDENTIFIED BY "654321";来创建cd用户，然后赋予权限。可是出现ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES)
为什么呢？请教高手，网上一直在搜答案，搜了好几天了都不行。。

mysql -uroot -p密码 （空口令不需要输入）回车在试试
