[已解决]Ubuntu18.04分类整理DashBoard中的图标！

系统是Ubuntu18.04。
随着软件越来越多，DashBoard中图标显示越来越乱。如图：

为此。请教各位：
1.如何减少DashBoard中的图标——不显示即可。
2.如何将某些图标分类，比如图中的“工具”是一个类似文件夹的东西，点击之后，其中还显示出n多图标。

注：尝试修改了相应程序的.Desktop文件中的“Categories=”语句，也没有效果。

不知道我的描述是否正确。
我指的是图片中显示的、位于屏幕正中、显示n多程序图标的这一大片区域——在我的电脑上显示为全屏。左侧显示图标的那个竖条叫Dock。

如果是，我还是习惯这种显示方式
只是现在比起刚安装时图标太多、太乱了

Click any application to run it, or drag an application to the overview or onto a workspace thumbnail. You can also drag an application onto the dash to make it a favorite. 应该是我表述不准确。但你所指的区域和我想说的不是同一个东西
我想说的是，点击右下角那个图标（9个点）之后出现的界面。

首先，感谢上面回帖的几位朋友！

1.我原来的思路是：修改相应软件的.desktop文件中的Categories=语句，经多次对比多个软件的.desktop语句。根据发现的“规律”修改之后，发现不起作用

2.经参考上述朋友的指导，并自行搜索，主要参考了以下网文（向作者致敬）：

（3） https://blog.csdn.net/ysyashy/article/details/65934720

网文（1）是使用名为gnome-dash-fix的脚本自动将软件“分类”，其思路与我设想一致：根据的软件分类标准（参考https://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/apa.html），修改相应.desktop的“类别”，据此将其分类——甚至建立子文件夹——类似安卓上的“抽屉”

网文（3）思路相似，但操作更巧妙和方便。推荐大家试试。

3.具体操作步骤：
（1）打开“软件中心”，点击顶部的“已安装”，显示出所有已经安装的软件。

（2）点击右上角的对勾，即可在所有软件前显示复选框。

（3）依次选中要分在同一类的软件，然后点击左下角的“添加到文件夹(A)…”，即可出现“添加到应用程序文件夹”对话框。在此对话框中，选择相应的类别就可以了。

（4）在刚才的对话框中，你还可以新建类别（即文件夹），以便增加更多分类。
（5）如果某些软件分类不正确，你可以在（3）时选择“移到文件夹(M)…”或者“从文件夹移除(R)”。
