求教，在16.04下，swapon指令不能使用

求教，在16.04下，swapon指令不能使用
我的板子上装的是Linux16.04，是用NVIDIA的JetPack刷进去的，不知道是不是一种特制版，在挂在swap的时候，swapon指令没有反应，无论是-a,-s，都没有反应，但是-V有反应，可以显示swapon from util-linux 2.27.1，有没有哪位也遇到过相似的问题，请问是如何解决的

All devices marked as ``swap'' in /etc/fstab are made available, except for those with the ``noauto'' option. Devices that are already being used as swap are silently skipped.
-s, --summary
This output format is DEPRECATED in favour of --show that provides better control on output data.

Display a definable table of swap areas.
