2-1. 你的情況是 14.04 XDMCP 沒有與 Windows 掛上線 (hooked)
他的情況應該是已經 與 Windows 掛上線
登入後 會又退回登入框 我建議他 試試 2D 桌面
而你已經是使用 2D 桌面了
2-2. 為何 都是建議使用 2D 桌面 ?
因為 2D 基本上 Ubuntu 及 Windows 都能顯示
但是 Ubuntu 預設 unity 桌面是 3D 顯示
Ubuntu 的 3D 顯示 與 Windows 的 3D 顯示 機制不同 意思就是 不相容
所以 目前 Ubuntu 與 Windows 遠程登錄 儘量不建議使用 3D
除非是有經驗的使用者 再去嘗試 3D

另外为了override，我没有在您推荐的位置新建一个myconfig.conf，而是直接修改了默认的配置文件，50-ubuntu.conf，应该也是可以的吧

首先附上我的配置文件：位于/usr/share/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-ubuntu.conf

1. 這是安裝時的系統預設
建議 不要在這裡更改 留著當參考
1-1. 如果要更改
在 /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-myconfig.conf
這樣 開機過程 在 /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-myconfig.conf
有設定的變數值 會覆改 /usr/share/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-ubuntu.conf 的 預設值

另外为了override，我没有在您推荐的位置新建一个myconfig.conf，而是直接修改了默认的配置文件，50-ubuntu.conf，应该也是可以的吧

原来的我备份过了，里面很简单，就一个字段：
[Seat:*]
user-session=ubuntu
没有别的了。
我见到/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf是log中表示的最后一个读取的配置文件，因此我将50-ubuntu.conf恢复成了原始的样子，并在/etc/lightdm/下建立了lightdm.conf,放入了帖子中表示的配置。log的结果还是一样。
您可以看看上面的log内容

我是放入/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf中，因为我看log中读取的文件顺序，/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf是最后读取的，我在该conf中将user-session设置成了xfce。见前文log
此外，我新建了/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-myconfig.conf，发现读取顺序还是最后读取/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf
