ubuntu touch 怎么刷机？求大神指点方法，以前的方法不行了

我用终端输入vhriswhm@vhriswhm-ThinkPad:~$ubuntu-device-flash touch --developer-mode --channel=ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09-proposed --password=0000
显示 bash: ubuntu-device-flash: command not found
