このプログラムをインストールしようと、ダウンロード後gdebi-gtkで開いたのですが、
その後起動されるパッケージインストーラで
我嘗試安裝這個程序並在下載後用gdebi-gtk打開它，
隨後啟動軟件包安裝程序
Dependency is not satisfiable: Libdbus-1-3（> = 1.9.14）

というエラーが出まして、インストールができない状態になりました。我收到一個錯誤，說我無法安裝它。
Libdbus-1-3（> = 1.9.14）で検索しますと

Another simple solution is to use an older version of the software you want to install. The requirement for libdbus-1-3 version 1.9.14 indicates that it's not from a currently-supported Ubuntu repository anyway.

これしか解決方法はないのですか？現在の完全動作している"opera"を削除して。
有沒有解決這個問題的方法？ 刪除當前正在工作的“opera”。

If you just want to use opera browser, update to Mint18, or try to use an old version of opera, or just keep it as it is(may broken your system, but no one knows when will)
