ubuntu下chrome保存的密码显示特别慢怎么处理?

我喜欢让chrome保存一些网站的密码.以前在windows下的时候.都是网站加载完密码就自动填上了.
而在ubuntu下.不知道为什么要等30秒左右.
刚开始我还以为是不能保存密码呢.后来发现原来要等.

有没有办法能不用等这30秒.

这个问题貌似快两年了，目前没有发现可靠的解决方案。

参考楼下#7的回答，或许能部分解决，但在国内需要番羽土墙工具。

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/37.0.2062.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Got to a website featuring a login prompt you have a password saved for
2. Your login information should be auto-completed and the forms should be tinted yellow
3. Form is not auto-completed
4. Waiting and doing nothing will autocomplete the password after ~10-11 seconds

This happens on multiple websites (imgur, reddit, facebook etc.).

My Chrome Sync dashboard says I have 676 saved passwords. Maybe this is why it's slow?

What is the expected behavior?
Login data should be auto-completed faster.

What went wrong?
Login data auto-completes very slowly.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 37.0.2062.0 Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 14.0 r0

Checked the issue with facebook, twitter, linkedin. Not reproducible in Chrome 37.0.2062.0 (Official Build 278856)/ Win7.

I've heard reports of this internally as well, but never in a way that I could track down. I've been meaning to adding better timing stats for loading data to see how often this happen. Is your profile on a remote filesystem or is it stored on local disk?

znuffy,If you have any other machine ,Please try the above issue on that with Latest chrome Version ,if its still reproducible we can go for further traiging the issue.Make sure that in your other machine your chrome should have only few passwords saved and later you can increase them later ,you will get a clarity.

This time confirm this issue on Latest canary :38.0.2090.0 (Official Build 282854).

I'm not exactly sure what that will achieve, though. Obviously a new machine with a blank profile will not have this issue. And it took me years to make save this many passwords in my profile

Here's what I tried:

I got latest Canary 38.0.2091.2. Copied my Profile from the dev version to canary, tested imgur.com and other websites.

The issue persisted.

Then I removed my profile completely from Canary, started with a blank one.

Went to imgur.com, logged on, saved my password. Logged out, closed the tab. Tried going back to the login form (in a new tab). Presed "Z" for my username, the suggestions popped up instantly.

I logged out again, I closed chrome.exe completely. Restarted the browser, went back to imgur.com, again the suggestions popped up instantly.

I then synced with my Google Account (and all my 680 stored passwords).

Waited about ~5 minutes until the sync seemed complete (extensions installed, history and speed-dial filled).

Went to imgur.com, pressed "Z" on the logon form, and yet again the suggestions popped up instantly.

This issue seems to be related strictly to my current profile, somehow, as it seems fairly old (my "First Run" file is dated 05.05.2011, but I think the profile is actually older, from about ~2010?).

Only way to possibly hope reproducing this issue is to find a person who has a profile as old as mine with enough stored passwords.

How could I possibly fix this without starting a clean profile and re-syncing?

Had another idea:

I also tried deleting the "Login Data" and "Login Data-journal" files from my profile directory and re-connecting my Google account. Essentially going from "all passwords" to "no passwords" and then back to "all passwords".

The issue persists after the re-sync.

I'm also seeing this issue, now on:
40.0.2214.6 (Official Build) dev / Ubuntu 15.04

The profile is on a local SSD (and iotop shows no load), and this happens with ~zero system load.

Passwords intermittently --- but consistently when this is occurring --- take a few seconds (or sometimes many more) to autocomplete. chrome://sync-internals shows the passwords are 100% synced.

I have been experiencing this issue for at least a week now as well.

Running: Chrome v 39.0.2171.71 m (64-bit) or Win7 x64
Have: 164 Autofill Passwords Saved

When punch in at work there is a delay from 10 - 60 seconds - it used to load the autofill password pretty much immediately. I have noticed similar occurrences in MailChimp, WuFoo, WordPress, as well as a personal webstore (running OpenCart), and many others.

In short, it seems like this happened recently, and appears to happen across all websites. I have not installed any news extensions recently either.

Sometimes it even takes a reload to make it appear. Also on HTTP auth popups, pretty annoying.

I have this issue too.

40.0.2214.93 m
399 passwords saved.
13000 autofill entries (if this has anything to do with the issue?)

Happens on many sites, paypal, aliexpress.

I waited for autofill of the same password 20 times on aliexpress just now.
80% of the time, it got filled in 4-5 seconds, which is too slow.
20% of the time, it got filled within 1 second, which is expected.

This all occurred within a timeframe of 5 minutes, same page loaded, same password autofilled. Very random.

I'm on a very high end computer, and 0 load at the time of this test.

On Windows passwords are stored in SQLlite database and probably the problem is that after some time it's becoming to work slowly.
Could anyone who encounter this problem please say the size of this database? It can be found in the following way:
1.Type in address bar chrome://version, there <Profile Path> can be found
2.Please write sizes of
<Profile Path>/Login Data
<Profile Path>/Login Data-journal

Same here with Ubuntu 14.04. Autofill takes about a second. I recently did a Chrome upgrade from 41.0.2272.101-1 to 42.0.2311.90-1, that seems related.

How many passwords do you have? Are you signed in Chrome? Correctly I understand that before update to 42 everything worked normally? Does always Autofill slow or for example only after Chrome start?

I'm signed into Chrome. According to chrome://sync-internals/:

Bookmarks Active: GROUP_UI 880 880

Autofill Active: GROUP_DB 562 562

I tried stopping chrome, removing my local .cache/chrome and .config/{chrome,chromium} folders, then starting Chrome and signing in again, waiting for sync to complete => same delay

It also occurs to me, on my test URL (phpmyadmin login), the username is filled in instantly, while the password takes ~1 sec. Previously (at least before I flushed my local caches), they both took 1 sec.

Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for answers. It's very interesting that sometimes username is filled instantly but password with delay, I have no idea why it can be. I'll try to reproduce it locally.

Also having this problem with Chrome Version 43.0.2357.73 beta (64-bit), Fedora 21, Gnome 3.14.4. Used to fill forms in immediately, now it can take anywhere from a couple of seconds to nearly a minute.

I have this problem as well, and I've had it for quite a long time, likely back to the 37 build originally mentioned. An interesting symptom of this delay is that often when the fields fill very slowly, I try to enter the login data manually into the form, and it actually overwrites the content I have typed into the fields manually with the saved data while I am actively typing.

It tends to result in me typing half a password, having it replaced with the full password, then typing the latter half, ultimately trying to log in with a password and a half.

Most of the login pages I have trouble with are extremely simplistic and load within 1 second. I also see consistent behavior and timing regardless of whether I am running Chrome on SSDs or platter drives, and on relatively new profile directories as well as profiles that have been upgraded from the Chrome 20ish series.

I have to PC with Chrome installed with synced Chromes profiles. One is going slow, the other one is instant.

Slow on : Version 44.0.2403.130 (64-bit)

这个没什么用,我重装系统的时候都有同步.
不过,早上看过你说的那篇文章,我想着的确没有更好的办法,就想删掉重建下看看.先用小号试了下.的确可行.
但是我想着最少要把密码导出来.于是搜索了导出密码的方法.

我在exec行后边加上参数后.图标直接启动不了了.
然后我删掉了参数,还是启动不了.然后我重装了浏览器.

我应该是把系统的密码库搞坏了. 本来chrome用系统密码库只是反映慢,后来直接没了.只能用自己的.
他那几个脚本,其实都指向opt那个.别的都是link
这次搞过虽然解决了问题,但是以后升级麻烦了,
