小米air13开机很久才能打开无线

小米air安装的ubuntu16.10,每次开机都打不开wifi，打开wifi那个开关他又自动关上

下载了intel官网的驱动，把ucode文件放到firmware也不行
请问该怎么解决啊

但是等半个小时之后又可以连接
输入rfkill list一直显示software block
输入rfkill all无法解决
