我的clamav刚安装上后不能更新病毒库和扫描文件？

我的clamav查毒软件不能更新和扫描文件：
更新病毒库就爆出两个错误。想扫描文件也报错：
求高手解答！！谢谢！！

For scanning to work, a virus database is needed. There are two options

creating custom packages from an Internet-connected computer.

可能原因 后台恰好正在更新
先临时停止 clamav-freshclam 服务 sudo systemctl stop clamav-freshclam
更新完后再启动之 sudo systemctl start clamav-freshclam

可能原因 由于众所周知的原因，您所处的地区无法连接到 /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf 中预置的任何服务器
