重装的什么，采取了何种步骤

尝试：
1. 关闭电源后再开机（不是重新启动计算机）
2. 在 BIOS 和 Windows 驱动中关闭网络唤醒(WoL, Wake-on-LAN)功能

最好把所有關機還耗用電源的設定 全部排除
否則問題可能一大堆

目前内核不包含此设备的驱动，可使用 https://github.com/neurobin/MT7630E
安装使用说明参考上文链接
若主板使用 UEFI，需关闭 Secure Boot
